Recently, we had the privilege of welcoming a group of bright students from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, accompanied by their esteemed professor, Nir Kshetri, for an engaging and informative visit.
The focus of their visit? To delve into the complexities of European standardisation and explore SBS’s pivotal role in advocating for SMEs within this intricate landscape. We believe that by providing students with firsthand exposure to the practical applications of standardisation, we can empower them to navigate the business world with greater confidence and understanding.
Andrea Raffaelli and Mihaela Andreea David, from SBS team, were thrilled to share their expertise and insights with the students. They presented SBS’s work, breaking down the often-complex world of European standards and highlighting the crucial role standards play in driving innovation, ensuring quality, and fostering a level playing field for businesses, particularly SMEs.
