Small Business Standards (SBS) is the European association that represents small and medium-sized enterprises’ (SMEs) interests in the standardisation process at both European and international level. SBS was established in 2013 to meet the European Union’s aspiration to make the standardisation system as inclusive, transparent and open as possible in line
with Regulation 1025/2012 on the European Standardisation System.
The European DIGITAL SME Alliance (DIGITAL SME) is the continent’s largest network of ICT small and medium-sized enterprises, representing around 20,000 digital SMEs. DIGITAL SME is a member of SBS and is a joint effort of 28 national and regional SME associations from EU Member States and neighbouring countries to put digital SMEs at the centre of the EU agenda.
