Annual conference: Standards for Europe’s sustainable growth

Standards for Europe’s sustainable growth

Wednesday, 22 May 2019

BIP, Brussels

Sustainability has become a key priority for Europe and its SMEs. This year’s SBS annual conference therefore focuses on how SMEs contribute to two of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG): SDG 11 on sustainable cities and communities and SDG 12 on responsible consumption and production.

Join us on 22 May to listen to our speakers – covering sectors such as construction, mobility, textile and tourism – who will showcase how standards and European SMEs are working to contribute to the sustainable development of Europe.

The conference will start with a networking lunch at 12.00 noon (midday) which will be held at the BELvue Museum.

Please note that the conference venue (BIP, Rue royale 2-4, 1000 Brussels) is right opposite the lunch venue (BELvue, Place des Palais 7, 1000 Brussels).
